Gender Quality Certification

Landlab has been actively working for several months to achieve this important certification. The goal of the Gender Equality Certification System is to:

  • Prevent all forms of gender discrimination and any actions aimed at harming or undermining the dignity of employees, regardless of their role or responsibilities within the company, through the adoption of specific tools and measures.
  • Enhance all company processes, from recruitment to training, by recognizing performance and establishing a merit-based compensation system tailored to each profile.
  • Support employees’ family well-being through flexible work arrangements (part-time, remote work, personalized schedules), fostering a better balance between personal life and professional responsibilities.
  • Improve working conditions for women, particularly with regard to maternity, thereby increasing women’s opportunities to enter the workforce, assume leadership roles, and harmonize their life commitments with work.
  • Engage all employees in topics related to female empowerment by promoting visibility of women’s contributions and achievements.

Landlab is deeply committed to these values, consistently supporting inclusivity and advocating for the recognition of each individual as a bearer of skills, knowledge, and values. We hope this certification will foster greater awareness and attention both within our organization and among all the external stakeholders we collaborate with.
